What is the typical delivery timeframe for heavy equipment?
For large fitness equipment like smart bikes and treadmills, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. Smaller accessories are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we provide complimentary professional installation for all smart cardio equipment. Our technician will contact you within 48 hours of delivery to schedule an appointment.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 10-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and wearable sweatbands cannot be returned once opened.
Does Flexnest equipment come with a warranty?
All Flexnest hardware comes with a standard 1-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extensions are available for purchase at the time of checkout.
How do I access the Flexnest app classes?
Upon purchasing a smart device, you will receive an activation code via email. Simply download the Flexnest app on iOS or Android and enter the code to unlock your premium workout library.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking. We also offer No-Cost EMI options for high-value equipment through our financing partners.
